how's that coming ? .... looked a bit of a 'mare
Well from when I last posted pictures we finally got to the drive to sort out once reducing everything to 300mm below found original drive built on topsoil so had to remove it all as it ended up from not far from formation level and took it down 1.6m below in certain areas to make sure the landscaper was happy it wasn't going to sink so by Friday we got drive back to where we started and contamination membrane layed at 300mm below finish level then put on 150mm of type 1 leaving 150mm for 100mm concrete and 50mm limestone sets to be layed
All while working over services and drains builder had installed which he knew was like that from trenching through it
Some off the clean rocky oversize could have been used to make it back up if head thought about it and saved us bringing in as anything below 300mm is under contamination membrane

There's more pitchblende loads in the ground than you would realise. One at the back of ashburton from memory. Quite scary when you realise how easy it is to find radioactive material.

They reckon South Terras would of been a exceedingly profitable mine if it had been exploited a few years later than it was.

The other drill broke down too,other firms have a container on site,spares to rebuild,not these guys,fitter from 200 miles away,bit tight with fat ass in trees,been two months since I was on this,landfill and water jobs taking toll on paint,noticed 100 hr HE machine I had last was poor too
