Lovely place on a bonny day! less bonny today
It was a machine i had hired. I really like it had it a few times now. smooth ,plenty of power, stable, seems canny enough on diesel. Only complaint is the seat gives me a sore back after enough hours in the seat. Assuming its just a option that needs ticked for a nicer one.

Couple of specs on seats ....air and standard,whether it would make any difference I dont know, my et65 is high spec but standard seat and I find it lovely and comfy after the Kubotas.
Everyone seems to rate those 90's.

Its a shame it spoils the machine i cant get comfy in!
id like a shot of a 290-2, 309 and a cx90 to get a good comparison

When we bought this place there was an old silo for grain - anyhow in their wisdom they cut the A frame to make room, been meaning to get it sorted, should I just brace it further up across frame or do something more elegant with some plates on whats left of the beam.
Whats peoples thoughts ?
Its about 5.7m span. Section must be 30cm.

Would think bracing at wall level would be ok could tie the cut pieces too it

A nice forged steel brace with turnbuckle would be nice but not to everyone's taste

replace and plate'd be my thoughts or cable it ....
or fit some shoes to what's left and weld a chord of some description between the shoes ... either a large-ish CHS, SHS - level or diamond orientation, or 3 or 4 lighter CHS and lattice it with some 10 or 12 mm round bar ... just need to stop the walls/truss foot from splaying out

Getting head back round tight domestic jobs after few years with space on jobs

7am stone call to miss the traffic backing into tight drive threading tip through bt cables

Then moved 17 ton by lunch, 2 level hinowa’s fill 1 Kubota if anyone cares

Getting out of the sh&t is the best feeling!!

Was a shock working in town on my last job, neighbours right up both sides and only 6 meters infront of the house .. soon have to change your way of working

Gotta get back in try lift garden 200-300mm to match up to new levels going to be fun on micro. Think I’ll need a couple of mats with sone rope loops work my way out

Or wait till knock the garage down and bring the 5 ton on 550mm pads for a day

Nice one...missus keeps pestering to get ours electrified...tried to figure it out online but didn't know what's decent etc and my sparky mate said there some crap kits about .
Any tips?

I used to use ‘NICE’ system, but the range got very jumbled and you didn’t know wtf you needed to buy .
Swapped over to the ‘CAME’ system for the last couple, get the 24v stuff, abit more expensive but you can fully program them in 20mins oppose to literally half a day for the old 240v system bytime you have added in the key fobs etc. Sensors all go in a bus terminal and you can just piggy back more sensors into another sensor so it makes for very quick wiring.
I use these guys , I have a trade account with them, but if you have a vat reg/Ltd company I’m pretty sure you can get one too, get 10/20% off.
