Black earth, orange white holding current, red throwing current, red only puts a current into the solenoid for seconds, and when the ignition is on the orange and white current will hold the solenoid on, you can check these with a Volt meter, by putting a live 12vs to the red wire circuit you will damage the solenoid. But if you remove the solenoid and switch on the ignition, then flick the key to start position, the solenoid should throw in and stay in. If you remove the solenoid and start the engine it should run, you can stop it by pushing the end of the pump rack in, if the engine starts and runs, and the solenoid doesn’t work, then there lies the problem.
Hi Mick

I've managed to sort out a workaround, i found that if i ran a 12v live to two of the wires in the connector that's connected to the start/stop relay all three red led's light up and it starts and runs as normall with everything working hydraulically like the forward and reverse and the lift and tip plus steering.
It'll get me through the jobs ive got to finished then when I've got more time I'll do some more tracing.
I'll update this post with results.
Thanks for all your help everyone.
PS: Does anyone know the bets place to get spares for the HD1000 as i want to replace the Fuel indicator in the engine bay and the hydraulic level indicator plus some other bits.

Be careful it sounds like you are supplying a permanent live to the trigger switch. If that's the case you will burn it out if run like this.
Once latched one of the wires should be able to be disconnected and the solenoid stay in position from just the one supply without damaging it

presumably energising the orange / white wires

It's like the Anti start module is getting the correct answers and allowing the dumper to start.

Because it was being nice to me and actually now working i changed the engine oil, Filter, air filter, hydraulic oil and filter plus fuel filter ( the hydraulic oil was as black and as thick as the engine oil)
I would of liked to of flushed every last drop of hydraulic oil out of the entire system but wasnt sure how beyound closing all the rams so the oil returned to the tank.
I also painted the entire thing with Yellow and black hammerite.
I've only had the dumper 6 weeks so in time I'll go through everything with a fine tooth comb, i cant afford another one so I'll have to keep it maintained, I bought the Sany 2.6ton brand new at £26000 and this dumper for £6000 so thats about me skint....luckely enough they've both been working 6 days a week so thats good...except the week or so the dumper has been down.

It’s what I do!
So you are all good for now, get the dumper to work, make up some time and money.

Hi Mick

Sorry for late reply.
Just been working and sleeping, onsite at 7.00am- until 8.00pm 7 days a week (make hay while the works there incase it runs out)

I got the dumper working by jumping 12volts to where they are missing on the module.
Its been running for 40 hours now with no I'll effects.
When I've got more time I'll try and do more tracing as everyone's given my some good idea's to try...thanks for that its much appreciated.
If it weren't for the replies I doubt I would of come up with the idea of doing the 12v jumper cables.
Cheers
John

I guess one of the 5 micro relays has stopped working, this would supply 12volts when it gets all the right signals! They are in the dash.
