Well I’m not worried, sold our last house in 4 days middle of last year and it was priced right! this last week 4 houses just gone under offer down the road from me (not on my estate ) 2.5m,1m,750k,600k.

Indeed a D6n. Supposedly they can take 30 tonne in there special trailers. Had to load using his ramps? Holy hell I didn’t fancy it much the pictures don’t show how oversized the machine was but there happy to take it to Germany so?
