So Ryan moves in the static over the Easter weekend and have been working on the services and snagging list

Big problem with the shower tray. Evidence of previous leaking underneath, but bone dry now, so best time to sort it.

Original shower tray has a poorly fitted 'skin' over the old one.

And here's the main leak. Caused by 2 things IMHO. Unsupported into a square hole in the floor. Secondly a wrong drain hole fitted with no sealing washers other than loads of silicone

So simply ordered an identical replacement 'skin' from The Caravan Warehouse at a place called Port Talbot

Turned on the water and found a few leaks. Drip from Morco LPG water heater...

Then pissing out from behind the bog, where some clown had cross threaded the botton inlet

And final one to test my patience was the crappy push fit coupling feeding the water heater, located behind the 'fridge

Then James rocked up with his GasSafe test stuff to repair, service and test on the LPG appliances

It's alive and no longer leaking

So I then cut the silicone and pulled the shower doors out...

To reveal this mess

Going to spend some time making good with marine ply etc.
Only then can I get that new shower tray fitted.
Seriously considering placing on the previous one and making it double skinned. With proper support around the drain hole.
Anyone done one of these? What would you do?
