Your first sentence is all you need to comply with for a mobile home.Heβs a member of our household and it remains within our residential curtilage etc
Remember lockdown when he lived here.
Iβd rather not discuss this on an open forum
Just giving a family member a better chance in life![]()
Don't tell themdoes that need planning Dave?
wait 'til the (probably bankrupt) LA wants to charge you council tax.. (particularly as you're gonna hook it up to services)

You know that smell of burning clutch or brake linings?
Got home as it was getting dark and the Ifor brakes were binding on. One wheel hub was so hot you couldn't touch it
Suspecting the Bowden Cables are seized. Moved it with the big red hook in the morning.
Brake service to be done real soon.....
I'm with Motia and it's 127.10![]()
just playing devil's advocate Dave ....
these bankrupt councils'll try it on with any excuse to claw more out of your wallet
apparently there are lots of LA,s citing 'garden rooms' as taxable now, especially if they have any form of water service installed and a flushing toilet is an absolute no no
calling them additional habitable accommodation
big re-valuation for council tax coming this year too![]()

That piece of s**t i hate with a passion,Jeremy Wine
Shame he wasn't squashed when he did that video of him bike riding, it only showed him up and did push bikers no favours getting deliberately into a vans blind spot and saying it wasn't him at fault. That piece of s**t i hate with a passion,![]()

Nice! Your neighbours certainly keep you busy! One of my neighbours, Rob, said to me last week, "Dave can you just pop up with your digger and dumper? We need some landscaping done for flower beds and a fire pit zone"
So I rocked up yesterday with my machine to get it done. Perfect hosts supplying tea and bacon butties

Very useful to have Rob about as my labourer. He took away the turfs and relaid them in low spots.
To finish up I tracked them in - another job jobbed![]()
Yes, we live in a lovely Hamlet of 25 homes, all with very big gardens/land. I'm supposed to be happily retired, but they all know that I still have my machines. I don't mind helping out my neighboursNice! Your neighbours certainly keep you busy!
Hope you take it out for decent jolly every now and again for DPFs sake!places, and keeps the mileage off my Navara. '68 plate with only 42k on the clock![]()
Yes, I'm aware of potential DPF issues and avoid short journeys. Had a good run into Colchester and back on WednesdayHope you take it out for decent jolly every now and again for DPFs sake!
I've not noticed mine doing one yet either but supposedly higher rpm when idling. You'd think they'd tell you wouldn't you when it's doing a cycle. Most car owners don't even know what a dpf is let alone making sure it completes it's cycle!Yes, I'm aware of potential DPF issues and avoid short journeys. Had a good run into Colchester and back on Wednesday
Any idea how we see when the DPF is regenerating? I wouldn't want to stop it mid cycle.
The only way I'm aware is when the exhaust smells hot and it makes that ticking noise![]()
My Hilux puts a message on the dash with a counting down graph when itβs doing a Regen. Its first vehicle Iβve had that does this.Yes, I'm aware of potential DPF issues and avoid short journeys. Had a good run into Colchester and back on Wednesday
