Heโ€™s a member of our household and it remains within our residential curtilage etc
Remember lockdown when he lived here.
Iโ€™d rather not discuss this on an open forum ๐Ÿ˜ณ
Just giving a family member a better chance in life โ˜บ๏ธ
Your first sentence is all you need to comply with for a mobile home.
Well done for being in a position that you can make the last sentence!!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Quick broadband duct job...
My farmer friend said to me, "Can you just run in some duct for broadband. They are coming to install it next week"
IMG_9557.jpeg

So got the gas stove and kettle loaded into the Nirvana...
IMG_9563.jpeg

And after a bit of hand digging for the connection duct, got on with it....

IMG_9569.jpeg

Got pissed off listening to Jeremy Wine so switched to Smooth Chill.
Joined 50m to another 50m before lunch...
IMG_9572.jpeg

Marker tape was a right pain in the high winds....
IMG_9573.jpeg

But decided to do it in one loooong day rather than 2 easy days with rain on the way...
Another nice job jobbed :giggle:

IMG_9574.jpeg

You know that smell of burning clutch or brake linings?
Got home as it was getting dark and the Ifor brakes were binding on. One wheel hub was so hot you couldn't touch it
Suspecting the Bowden Cables are seized. Moved it with the big red hook in the morning.
Brake service to be done real soon.....

I'm with Motia and it's 127.10๐Ÿค”

just playing devil's advocate Dave ....
these bankrupt councils'll try it on with any excuse to claw more out of your wallet
apparently there are lots of LA,s citing 'garden rooms' as taxable now, especially if they have any form of water service installed and a flushing toilet is an absolute no no
calling them additional habitable accommodation :mad::mad:
big re-valuation for council tax coming this year too :(:(

Shame he wasn't squashed when he did that video of him bike riding, it only showed him up and did push bikers no favours getting deliberately into a vans blind spot and saying it wasn't him at fault.
Itโ€™s why I stream stuff like Smooth Chill on the old Bose noise canceling headphones ๐Ÿ˜Ž
Even has a nice chat on the phone with my brother and he couldnโ€™t hear the Yanmar grunting away ๐Ÿคฃ

It's not a issue if it's close enough to the main dwelling

I bought a garden plot last year with a static in and hooked up to all services. I think they even ran the gas to it. Used to have their gran in. Well overgrown and dilapidated now. I thought about applying for cert of lawfulness on it but best to just keep it off the radar. Hoping to put planning in when this silly BNG scheme gets dropped.

Another little "Can you just..." job for my neighbour James who lives two doors away.
He demolished the old workshop and wants to extend the slab to build a bigger and better one.
"Dave can you just dig it out about 250 deep"
IMG_9607.jpeg

So rocked up first thing, the traffic was horrendous :p
IMG_9608.jpeg

Slabs removed and scraped of the top soil stuff for the low spots in his garden...

IMG_9609.jpeg

Then put the sub soil to one side ready for 'muck away' to my stock pile...

IMG_9610.jpeg

Didn't bother with my laser and dug it out 'by eye'. James checked with his bubble - spot on. "You can't teach that"

IMG_9611.jpeg

Another job jobbed for me by lunchtime :giggle:

James will be building up with 'hardcore', Type 1 and blinding sand. All compacted down with my Wacker on loan. Existing original slab to remain and new concrete to warp around with steels. I'm back on concrete day to shuttle it from the mix on site lorry at the front to the concrete pour at the back with my dumper. Hate using concrete in my machines ๐Ÿ˜ฑ But jet washer will be on standby ;)....

One of my neighbours, Rob, said to me last week, "Dave can you just pop up with your digger and dumper? We need some landscaping done for flower beds and a fire pit zone"
So I rocked up yesterday with my machine to get it done. Perfect hosts supplying tea and bacon butties :)
IMG_9728.jpeg

They set up some impossible shapes for me to pull off the turf using the 300...
IMG_9729.jpeg

Then got to work with the grader for the larger areas....
IMG_9730.jpeg

And for you Neuson fans - I created a very nice Helipad LZ ๐Ÿคฃ
IMG_9731.jpeg

Then dug it out for the Type 1 slinging the sails onto the adjacent flower beds
IMG_9732.jpeg

Then over to the other side for a mini helipad aka sitting zone
IMG_9734.jpeg

Very useful to have Rob about as my labourer. He took away the turfs and relaid them in low spots.
To finish up I tracked them in - another job jobbed
