do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
Not the case with big commercial properties. Big commercial properties under lease usually require the tenant to take care of maintenance as the rent otherwise would be to high.
yeh repairing lease ..... but this is hardly commercial - more residential :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
(was a bit tongue in cheek) ;)

It's ridiculous because the radon has been there since it was built in 1814. Theyve known about it for decades- so clearly it was going to rear it's head the moment a prisoner gets radon induced lung cancer. The simplest solution would be to remove the windows from the cells leaving the original 3 iron bars ensuring the correct level of ventilation. Problem solved.

there has been a 50 limit on the Aber to Raglan DC for the last 2+ years .. revenue generator - simples - was supposedly due to central barrier works - nothing been done and speed restriction now gone :mad: no one paid it any heed anyway and everyone (other than locals) know where the camera vans park

Back in the days before so called smart motorways, you'd be on the motorway way, if the matrix signs where flashing 40, you knew it was more like 20 and if they said 20, you'd be stationary.

A while back I did a bit on night time driving and the numbers of foreign wagons speeding through the roadworks and not slowing...I bet not a single one got prosecuted.

What gets me on these smart motorways is how you can go from 60 to 50 then to 40 and each set of gantry signs and then the next minute is national speed limit...only for the very next one after that is 50 again. I'm sure it's all done to generate revenue.

Near me on the M62, before simister island, travelling west bound...immediately after heywood it goes to 50 and then just before the island/ junction for M66, it goes back to national speed limit but then your straight into the roadworks and 50

Some dodgy goings on A6 main road near me this weekend. A few years ago the main wall was ripped out without permission to add new access to a small former quarry. Council stopped it. Went past on Sunday, car and pickup parked on kerb with hazard lights on, breaking up pavement with beaver pack 😵‍💫 I wonder if they’ll get away with it, I wouldn’t have the balls to risk it!

Been up in Norwich the last 3 days, loads of 40mph roadworks on the A47.
Signs up saying 'average journey time 2023 6 minutes'. How the hell is that relevant 3 years later?? And how are the works still going on 3 years later?? 😡
Another sign saying 'speed limit to improve journey time reliability' whattttt??? 😡🫣
