Was painting feather edge boards rain now stopped play

had to secure this before we could go out for lunch .. it tried to take off whilst I was installing the second milk bottle and grabbed it ...
wedged in a corner - but !! ......
so went and found these 6" I holed a long time ago, to use as bases for some giant flowers Pam made (will find some pix)
they steadied it down
got 2 x 2 ltr milk bottles full of water in the little 'kiddy swing seat' to stop it blowing over the cross bar again

has come on real nasty a couple of times here too .. good job I'm not on the bench today

It's crap. September I normally think off as quite a nice month. Been s**t so far. Tomorrows job is carting 60 ton of stone over a sssi- going to be interesting given it's barely stopped raining since Thursday

Nope! Sodding weather. It's hard ground but well established 400 meter turfed run which gets ALOT of foot traffic on it daily.
Could postpone but will it get any drier now this year!?

was like purple here .. and has it ever rained - AGAIN !! in bursts ..... Quite warm though .. was in shirt sleeves all day yesterday 'til late evening.
forecast for today is WET!! and has lashed down on/off all night -- Dry ATM, but not for long BTLs
up at 4 for some painkillers and the ground/patio was almost dry - 's not now
very still this morning though and greeeey
'sposed to be dry all next week, starting in the morning - we'll see
