beautiful at 05.30 this morning .. wall to wall blue sky ... forecast overcast all day ..... well they actually got it right - had a bad night and not long surfaced from a Tramadol induced sleep to a very grey, leaden sky that looks about to rain any minute
what a difference from the shirtsleeve evening yesterday ... WTF is all this overheating world they're predicting is happening

heavy grey sky, but dry enough to cut the grass, with a bitter NW wind ... got the lawn done and then down the drive .... get to the far end and it absolutely lashed it down - long enough for me to get soaked heading back up the drive -- hoody and a fleece and still cold
heating on again this evening and had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to put a blanket on the bed, last night ... June FFS ... more like October
