Blowing a gale here - cold all day with heavy showers then it pissed down this afternoon with thunder too now its still windy but sunshine and blue sky!

yep I'd agree with that .. stopped about half two here - nice now, but still got the persistent (and cold) W S Westerly blowing hard - July be bolloxed

Scout unit party tent didn't survive the deluge. Not surprised, it was on its last legs and to be honest we probably wouldn't have left it up with us not there if it had been in good nick...
Feel for the organisers though, weather like that on the day of an event in July

Beautiful day not daft hot just nice. 24c on pickup on motorway just before.

Rained off about 3, putting the roof panels in actually seemed to make the situation worse, pouring it straight through the joints like bloody running taps!
Like standing in the shower all afternoon. My hotel room is like a drying room
