I've moved pallets around with the mini digger. Pull it into the blade and lift with bucket and blade.
i had the day at plantworks to day i am shore Noah next to the main ring it makes you feel old when the plant in the classic i have bought and sold or driven when new .
saw a couple of new things to me View attachment 7235
apparently this bucket is made from a bit of mdpe pipe the idea is it makes it more difficult to damage services i superpose once you where it out you just fit a new piece of pipe

Looks a tad 'iffy' to me and WTF didn't he put the blade under it ??![]()
I did wonder looking at it thereLooks like you can’t use it with the blade in front. Not going to be ideal going backwards everywhere....
yeh rightMy mate had a good look around it and a good chat with the Guys.... the're from over hereHe asked about CE certs and they said they dont need them as its an attachment
and when asked about LOLER etc they asked "whats that"

I watched the video and think it would have its merits for smaller sites. Most deliveries come with crane off load and the ability to pick up and move packs of blocks bricks etc would be useful. That forklift looks pointless on so many levels. Complicated, unweildy, downright dangerous. f**k all use as a proper forklift as the boom is always in the way.

!
catch the fork tips with a grading bucket edgeThen modify the hooks and hook a pair of pallet forks over your bladeAround £100, and you could even have a bar joining them at the front once pushed through that allowed you to transfer some weight to the jib via hooking on to the bar with the QH.
I'm too used to having a grab, forgot what a grading bucket is!catch the fork tips with a grading bucket edgethink the issue with the blade forks would be ground clearance mostly

from Aiden's comments re- LOLER, actually just fitting them to the machine'd leave you on a sticky wicket, without any test certificate, let alone attaching their Heath Robinson man cradleI watched the video and think it would have its merits for smaller sites. I am not making any comment regards it’s suitability to have someone working at height as I don’t like heights so I wouldn’t do it!!!!
As for the regulations, i will look forward with interest to see others opinions!
didn't get the vid come up on my shite BB last night Doob ... now I've seen it, can see where you're coming fromI'm too used to having a grab, forgot what a grading bucket is!
With assistance from the bucket lift, you should be able to get the pallet pretty high. Did you see the lengths they went to in the video to get the forklift to lift a ton bag off a pickup? Forks on upside down, and then a crappy adaptor on the forks to give more hook height!![]()
