I'll start by saying that I know that real thoroughbred excavator veterans and experts in the sector don't like the wheeled excavator just as they don't like the backhoe for obvious reasons of clumsiness and slowness. I'll start by saying that I've never used it, but out of curiosity I'd like to know if it was possible in your opinion which is the best wheeled excavator on the market the most robust powerful agile and fast the most versatile given that it is used with different tools in addition to the classic bucket, I believe it is mainly used for road works a curiosity the largest ever built which brand and model would it be thank you greetings everyone and sorry for the question

because they aren't smooth enough operating them :ROFLMAO:
Nothing slow or clumsy about a 'duck'
a 'rubber duck' is extremely versatile tool... and an 'acquired taste' ;)
best on the market - Hydrema for sure :giggle: ......... then perhaps Liebherr .. and Mecalac :unsure:

thank you for your precious intervention but on the market which would be the largest and most powerful since they should be bound to road regulations what weight and size does the most powerful heavy and large reach thanks sorry if I insist

in Italia ci sono gli escavatori per il settore agricolo trainati da trattori, sarebbero caricatori usati nelle stalle, non li vedo molto efficaci, infatti

I don't find them very versatile, in my opinion the tracked vehicle is better, once you make a purchase and an investment, a mini tracked vehicle is better, even with rubber tracks, than a towed self-propelled one, then it clearly depends on your financial availability, however I have seen the wheeled Volvos online, I think they are very versatile, well finished and well conceived, details are taken care of both in terms of machine functionality and operator well-being. We take into account that for a day's work the operator must be safe and comfortable, not inside a gimmick or a noisy trap, am I wrong??

they're a great tool unless the going is very soft :unsure:.... and being tall, side slopes are 'interesting' :oops:... I love mine and chose to go that route so as not to cut up my drives and hard standings (y)... steel tracks would see them off in double quick time :(

Well Id say as a life long tracked machine owner that a Hydrema MX14 is the best it gets with regards a wheeled machine. I can undercut the next man by 500 quid (or whatever your haulage costs are) yes it wont work in soft boggy ground , but much like running a tilty, if you can get your head round it , theres always a way.
The versatility on local one off jobs puts it in a class of its own. And Ive a doosan dx27 and doosan dx140lcr so Im not being bias towards one machine

that's more than just a Rubber Duck ..... that's a Mecalalc .... in a league of their own :giggle::cool::cool:

Certainly is!

I don't think they are for everyone (cost would be one of the factors), they take a minute to get your head around how they operate and how to get the best out of them but once you get to that stage its amazing what they are capable of.

I'm yet to spend a significant amount of time in a 15MWR but from the time I have spent its a monster, we were handling 7 ton plus concrete motorway barriers with it on tyres over the side, seriously impressive!

more than an excavator I believe it is an all-purpose machine, I was wondering what load capacity a wheeled excavator with wheels on the ground without lowered stabilizer bucket or hydraulic stabilizers could withstand before breaking the wheel axle bridge, given that in weight and the stresses are distributed on the wheel axles, what difference is there with the crawler in terms of distribution and discharge of the weights and stresses to the ground, that is, the axles would be able to support and withstand weights and loads greater than the weight of the excavator itself or the axles would break wheel hubs? thanks sorry for the inconvenience.
