yes and no ... had arranged for a bunch of mates to have a Sunday out on the blacks, many years ago - snowed like **** on the saturday evening/night - and they still turned up ... stuck everything on a big flatbed behind my Ser. iii (as that was the only thing that was gonna get to the start point) and off we went .... bikes never got warm all day - like riding blocks of ice - hardest day's riding ever and ppl running out of juice all over .. I was on an XT500 and that was HARD work .... by the end of the day I was about the only one left with any fuel and had to ride a couple of miles to get the L/R ... wrestle the XT onto the trailer on me own and then go find the nearest spot to where they'd all ended up -- never to be repeated - there was a good 3ft of snow on the blacks :oops::censored: was insanity

Xt500 is a lump i imagine, I was on a montesa cota 49cc and i prob weighed 40kg !

oh yeh - ain't they just .... assume you're missing the 2 off the Cota ... have had a few of 'em 249s and a 349 - nice ride in their day ... still have my 320 SWM/Gori with the disc valve Rotax motor - keep meaning to haul it out and give it some TLC --THAT is a nice ride :giggle:
