So for our genuine friends and clients who may of heard about an accident yesterday. Firstly Ryan is ok but bruised Which is the main thing.
The facts
The truck reversed into a driveway we have been twice before. Many trucks have been there in the last 2 years.
The truck stopped. Ryan got out of passenger side to watch it back up. It tipped straight over with Ryan trapped under the cab. Fantastic response from the emergency services.
The cause. Not known to the home owner who is on mains drains. Years ago there was a septic tank under the driveway. With no form of identification
So if you read Cornwall live and all the trolls. This is why I have put it here for true friends and clients
Trolls I can ban
So thank you mix4you team. Emergency services and cooks recovery. Because it was not easy to get out.

Point loading? There's a video floating about where a grab lorry had similar happen.
As always at least no injuries
However...is that a 4w volumetric mixer?
No, I was getting at I've never seen a 4w volumetric mixer before. I wasn't even aware it was a thing on small chassis, I'd assumed it was 8w only to make a volumetric pay it's way over a bottle mixer.Point loading?
no it's the sheave's flange, peeled off - lack of inspection for wear
Yep! Surely that should be a HT pin or similar? It's definitely a bit of re-bar![]()
nope - look at the sheave - missing a flangeIt's definitely a bit of re-bar![]()
