I think point of the website is that bridge has claimed over 180 trucks and counting 🤣
Yeah sure, but that one came so close to making it.
Another bridge with a similar repututation

It averages one every 45 days

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
may have mentioned this one before ....:rolleyes:

friend used to run heavy haulage yard.
had one of his vehicles pull in the yard one evening (I happened to be there having a cuppa, en route home)
big tranny on a low loader .. driver was up on it checking all his chains, etc., came into Dicky's office and said " you'd better come and have a look at this boss "
Climbed up onto the load and in the well on top of this big tranny were a couple of dozen rivet heads - big ones, like 40mm dia. mushroom heads !! :oops: (and all over the bed too, on closer inspection) o_O
Planned route for the load, so somewhere on the route was a gnat's nadger bridge with several dozen rivets, missing their heads.
Never followed it up - too much grief/effort/possible tish, even though it'd been a planned and agreed route and as far as I know sod all has ever fallen down ........

But!! :oops::unsure:o_Oo_O

Yep 🫣 wasn't visible on the way out and no sensors picked it up, speedy couldn't give a crap
At the risk of sounding like my dad, surely you could see it at some point ,perhaps before you parked ? 🤨
Although sounds like exactly the sort of thing I would do. Buggered the near side mirror on the Dmax the other day by backing out of the shed at 0.5mph and just kissed it on door frame. Mirrors don’t fold well at that angle.

drove in past it, before they were fully opened and turned round, no stickers on the other side of it so its a dull grey against the tarmac background. the next day they had a cone over it and one of their vans parked near it.
As said you don't expect a bollard to just be left up, in the middle of the entrance
