Prick wants to loose his license for even thinking that’s acceptable.
Issue is experience and centre of gravity. He's obviously attempting to do a change over. Personally I always drop the empty onto the full bin, pick the two up and then lift the empty off the top. Only issue is the fact he's dealing with 10 yard bins (which IMHO shouldn't be hired out to cockwombles for rubble) and he clearly ain't got enough experience with the gear.
To be honest though it's easy done. Can't say I've flipped a bin like that but I have had a few twatish moments loading other things with odd load centers. Compactor bins in particular can be utter twats, but fortunately they can't fall off.
