The odd thing is, there still looks like quite a bit of trailer left behind the van? if it really had to go on backwards then having the rear wheels of the van right on the front edge of the trailer would have been a better proposition! But what ever way you look at it, he was asking for trouble.
Basically I don't think the bloke understands physics- he does however prefer to drive off a trailer going forwards🤣

Being agricultural land would have thought that main would have been a lot lower
Western power insist on there electric cables 1m down in agricultural land
That's about a meter down I'd say judging by how little of the rock spike is sticking out the ground. And flippin hard ground too

There's an oil pipeline around here and they have large 8' tall hi vis bollards at the point at which it crosses a boundary and fire hydrant type markers that they fastidiously maintain to keep from vegitation over growing next to roads. I'm also surprised that there wasn't either more warning or the pipe was buried lower... you'd think you were safe in field, I'm mean surely the landowner would have know and given the poor bustard a heads up.

Should there have been one I wonder.. Would be interesting to hear what the results of any insurance/litigation occurs as a result.

Got a twin big HP mains running across the farm. Has those fire hydrant like markers in the hedgerow where it enters and exits each field. Not a great help when I know in one of the fields there is a bend so if you drew a line between the markers, you'd be well out! I get a calendar off them each year and a letter to fill in to say I still own the land. They fly over weekly and only ring up or drop in if I'm having an event setting up as they fly over and say the same thing, please don't put a marquee on top.

I thought railway stuff was extremely safety aware. Special tickets, loads of checks etc. I guess most of it is so much BS if they can do something as obvious as this.
