Slit them with a metal blade in a reciprocating saw or maybe a die grinder depending on weapons available it is possible but painful with a hacksaw

not used this personally, but there are all sorts of shrinking sprays about
Arctic Products Crack-it Shock Release Spray 400ml | Sealers & Compounds | Screwfix.com
give the bush 'some' 'fore beating seven shades out of it with a drift ... ideally machined to the correct size, with a dummy spigot to centre it --- much like a heavy duty clutch plate aligning tool

Only thing is that won’t work for the first one as you’d have to get past the bush on the other side
