Slit them with a metal blade in a reciprocating saw or maybe a die grinder depending on weapons available it is possible but painful with a hacksaw

Only thing is that won’t work for the first one as you’d have to get past the bush on the other sidenot used this personally, but there are all sorts of shrinking sprays about

give the bush 'some' 'fore beating seven shades out of it with a drift ... ideally machined to the correct size, with a dummy spigot to centre it --- much like a heavy duty clutch plate aligning tool![]()
ah .... two piece bushes - PITAOnly thing is that won’t work for the first one as you’d have to get past the bush on the other side
