Rated operating capacity of just 363kg. I'll stick with a Sherpa and a larger MultiOne for proper lifts, plus the ability to easily operate on tarmac and decent travel speeds.

Could be quite a useful all rounder, but at that price secondhand there are far better options even new. These are quite popular with Arb guys, I tried one on site as a fellow contractor had one. Built well and lifted well, but lurching around on the tracks was hell and the mess he made just loading a few logs into a Transit is what convinced me to demo the Sherpa and stick with a 360 mini for timber handling in a tight spot.

Nice little machine

Made up a low profile back plate with bolt patterns for all my mini digger attachments. Will also fit my new micro breaker and the man crate.

So did I! Although when I said that I was talking more about the lack of hydraulic flow on mini loaders.

But having seen how handy it is… and it’s only cost a morning in the workshop to make it carry these useful tools.

Have you seen the 2 old boys from Petworth way with an opico loader for fencing with auger fitted?? Only do about 3 bays of chestnut a day in-between tea breaks.
They have an hydraulic earth rammer that plugs in aswell save carrying a pneumatic one

That’ll do, Doobin. Got a feeling that machine will wear out before it rusts out. You might want to think about solid tyres.

or OTT tracks:)

Wouldn’t mind a hydraulic rammer, although my pneumatic one is a brilliant labour saver.

we did 45 bays in a day with two of us and the multione including laying out all the gear!

Did think about foam filling them. But it handles just fine as it is.
As for wearing out- all the bushes are cheap nylon ones like jcb mini diggers. Easy enough to change every year.
