Bin bag with a towel on top (to stop bag blowing off) on dry days waterproofs on wet days. I really should buy 2 dumper seats it wears thin after 2 or 3 years of doing it. Worst thing is when its frosty and the damp sponge freezes, like sitting on a brick seat
