Nope can belt didn’t slip,
Still perfect. And the gear timing on the camshafts are perfectly lined up.
We think it got hot on that cylinder melted the end of the glow plug and hey Presto
tha's a lot of carnage for a glow plug tip ... does look to have been very hot

I can’t wait to get it now. Will be taking a trip to Jimbars in Cumbria for a couple of light bars. Think it will look good with the BFG A/T tyres and sign writing done
Can you get A/T tyres with the appropriate load rating? It was always a struggle years ago when we wanted A/Ts on the back of a truck to help get around sites.

I think the BFG All Terrains start at 900kg load rating but go up from there depending on wheel/ tyre size. It could be possible to have a pair overloaded on an axle on a 3.5 tonne vehicle but shouldn’t be hard to get them spec’d right. They tend to offer more payload than other all terrains (and they last for ages!).

I’ve never had much luck with lookers, hence why I wanted away from vw. Man tick all the boxes, open 24hours for servicing and repairs, big winner for me, price of the 4x4 van, a few extras included like advanced media pack, rear diff lock, ply lined, tow bar, comfort seat.
would of liked a few more extras but it’s what they had in stock and could get me quick. Even better it’s in my colour being silver. Derek Park going to wire in all my bars and lights

Looks like a decent discount off list price - is it a demo vehicle and-or pre registered?
