Yes, really nice little system, flick a switch and it engages pump. We were thinking of getting itonto the speedo system so if your driving a buzzer will sound so you don’t forget to switch it off

yeh some sort of lockout would be good ... or a big idiot light on the dash, in parallel with the electro-clutch .... or the handbrake switch, when it's operated, switches a buzzer, (or disengages the pump) via a relay with the N/C contacts

You probably wouldn’t want it connected to the handbrake on a hookloader. An annoying buzzer would suffice

Rather than tapping into the Speedo line a micro switch on the gearstick would probably be easier picking up on second gear to knock it out

Back to this car again, this time another snapped link and the one beside also had a crack so may aswell replace it also, I have a suspicion this isn’t the end of the track issues on this machine.
Customer already advised he requires a full undercarriage including pads

No, I’ve got some 3 bits 600x600x35mm plate ready to make something along with 2x 1mtr m42 thread bar.

Volvo on 7k

little Volvo 8t check valve been caught on a tree and snapped off.

She was a bit of a mare to do, heavy duty full length track guides

an old 814 in for new chains and sprockets, this machine has over 18k and in full use day in day out

burst pilot line on the joystick on this case cx130d

Heater fault also repaired

that looks eye wateringly expensive ..... cost me £6k in bits once for a Demag single reduction winch drive ... tha's double isn't it ?

He spotted me details in Gary’s machine, was the 3/4 320bar hose for the Doosan along with the 1/4 hitch hoses on the Doosan as the Doosan is 9/16orfs fittings
