They were very loud, could hear them over my truck and radio. Must be deafening to drive for hours on end

Is always the possibility that he has nothing to do with tarmac and just bought a second hand bin and not removed the sign writing.

There is someone on one of the FB groups that advertises tarmac and runs it in a new Holland tractor and half pipe dump trailer with chutes cut in the back.
All looks a bit hillbilly to say the least
