If he had any sense he'd turn it around so the boom sticks out the back, I used to move my TB125 around on a 10x6 flatbed (pretty much legal) and if it went on back wards you could get it spot on for towing.

That is why I went up two foot in trailer length. Often difficult to get the balance right even if you can physically fit it on. Only exacerbated on tippers due to their higher ride height.

I do it all the time spin the JCB round, paver up against the neck 138 Bomag on the back

The problem is the pavers are getting fatter the sd 2500 dynapac above is 22 ton with a bit tarmac stuck to it when I put it over the weight bridge in aggregate industries yard at colnbrook
