LGP tracks for a mini digger

I have a Bobcat E27z and would like to fit LGP tracks to it. Has any body done this or know where I can steel tracks and pads?

Astrak. Straight swap just the tracks gets you onto steels.

I’m gonna then make up some bolt on width extension pads, probably from 20x40 PFC stock. Looks like the track frame will support doubling the width.

Hard to quantify as the E27 is already very well 'planted'. But you've added around 140kg of weight at the very base of the machine, so it will have some positive impact there (although not on towing weight!)

The biggest difference is in the traction, pushing power and lack of sliding around in the shite. Incredible difference on wet muddy banks.

How’s it been on your trailer etc have you covered ramp in rubber we used to have a Jcb 803 on steels was tough on the trailer

I use a couple of loose strips of 8 mm rubber on our work trailer.

No, it usually has 2.7t buckets on it or a grab and rotator.

They are pretty stable considering they aren’t far off zero tailswing, even with the big counterweight. This is a TMK 300 under a Rototilt R20 (which goes on a 6 tonne machine).

I've got an 8015 with a Haner attached that'd do it as long as you didn't wanna reach too far .... or a Cranab on the Drema that could handle bundles as big as you could make 'em
