Well in a surprise move Paul who’d sold his Kubota and engcon setup impetuously having not used it favouring his old setup and then bought a kobelco and steelwrist which I’d never seen out working has gone back to another Kubota and engcon and seemingly still hates it.

With his 2 backhoe tilty failures this makes it his 5th tilty

Must make some money or have a another income stream .....im still reeling after the first one !

He announced he had bought that Kobelco the same week I released my video slating it as the worst 5 tonner I'd ever driven....
I did wonder how he'd find it. Interesting he didn't swap the tilty over to the Kubota. Very costly experience for sure.

Decent value at 50k - I don't think everyone réalises just what a do it all weapon for knocking out the work fast and easy a midi/tilty is - ours has easy paid for itself time over already.

I agree - the only thing against that machine is it is a zero swing. It’s bloody cheap though!

Yep , you would have to try it first - funny going on with it our resident reviewer didn't rate the u56 iirc ...maybe 60 is more suited.
It's an easy decision for my next, all being well I'll be putting same tilty onto another et65 - best all round machine I've ever used - only variable would be tab boom ...but only if it doesn’t come at the cost of stabilty.

Kx60 maybe but I’d need to try a few first might be time to move away from Kubota.

Read the post re 55 v 56, interesting, not really liked any of my kubs tbh, prefered my previous jcb's if they hadnt been troublesome, haven't driven the 60 but the u55 with steelwrist I hired I quite liked, cab small and not comfy like wacker but ok to drive and not particularly noddy, maybe he's right maybe the newer stuff isn't upto previous gen stuff, the 8t Kubota I ran for 7 years was pretty average at best and when the et65 bossed that great big geith tilt bucket better than the 8ton kub it was a bit shocking, kx71 is ok but hell it's agricultural when you've been on the wacker.
Turned into a bit of a fanboy sorry

I’ll be looking at wackers I was a big Kubota fan boy but my kx71-3 struggles to pick up a bulk bag and then you see @Gunners thrieing them around. Jcb door just too narrow for me being big lad but Volvo nice do wacker do a non zero swing 3 ton?

there's obvious benefits to running all the same brand but I don't think any manufacturer could seriously claim to have best in every class.
Got to try them out where poss - I had an quick demo of an et65 beforehand.

I hear afew moving away from kubota with its latest machines not being as popular as they used to be!
I wouldn’t know where to go with the current market offerings, latest tb260 is probably where I’d be looking toward for a demo.

I honestly dont think any one person could have as much bad luck with as many machines as he has had
I think maybe he is the problem
