I just watched @Gunners paint video.
He is absolutely bang on, and I genuinely feel for him hes worked to get his dream machine.
Imagine a 100k land-rover/ rangerover peeling after a few months.
Paint isn't what it was whether commercial or domestic i don't know the ramifications to the environment. When lead was taken out paint went down hill.
But the last 10 years paint has gone shite.
I wonder if Sany abide by the paint regs!

Was at a mates today...he's got a S reg Skoda pickup...hardly a dot of rust on it!

bigger issue is the lack/shortage of solvent based paints - a lot of water based shite these days .... not been lead in paint in probably 50 years

Agreed but most cars these days still look pretty good after 10 years so shouldn't be unreasonable expectation that plant can't equally look as good for as long

JCB, bobcat/doosan, now Kubota. They're all pretty s**t now it seems. Don't hear much about Volvo paint coming off actually
New cats have terrible paint too

Not noticed anything on my EZ26 i don't think
