If I only did my own work then my 432 would not of gone....but I do alot of day rate jobs where it became stood longer than it should.

If you've gown up on a 3cx then you know it's capabilities over than anyone else. Lots who say they can't do x y z with them have only played at been a jcb driver. When it's what you've started with you know the true limits...they go many a place...you've just got to get used to the wobble of it all.
exactly that the only limits to a 3cx etc is its physical size and how good the jockey is, spent most of my working life on them, in the right hands a very capable machine, no one really wants to drive them just want to get their arse in a 360 for the easy life.

I get that a good man on a 3cx is impressive to watch but he still cant swing Muck behind him :)

and that was the one of the reasons mine went in favour of the 'Drema - that and the size of the boulders I started finding

couple of pix to 'quantify' the issue :giggle:

Long gone are the days of the skiddies spending much of their time on two wheels, I can remember concrete blinding going down with the machine reversing smartly away from the transit mixer and spinning round on the two front wheels and off cleanly. It worked very well but rattled the management. In the end the job took longer with more people and massively more expensive but everyone happy 🤔

10t payload on ours because we are allowed 19t - but you should get a good 9t + and they handle it so well 🤷‍♂️
Beavertail is just transport though and hookloader is versatility, im going to make a bit of a record of the different ways its useful in the course of a week 👍
Its a lot easier than how its started :)

Wouldn’t mind them to be honest😁
they were very useful and the back end coped surprisingly well with a fair load on - could carry a dumpy about no prob.s and with the jacks down it'd handle one at full stretch ... very useful for tucking/stacking big bales into the barn up the driveway too (y)
I'd lose a foot off the height on the brackets if I made another set though and probably pin them on to gain another 6+" ;)

I can totally see the point of one on a building site- one machine to do it all.

Just wasnt right in the least for my kind of work.
