That's got to be a wind up!? There is no way they can be making any money at that including delivery. Can you buy a 5 bed house in Sheffield for £10k too?A wacker plate here is £15 and that includes delivery. Cheaper if more than 1 day.
Steady on he's Yorkshire...Every price you post makes me think you live in a parallel universe in some northern wasteland where it’s 1975 every day !
No offence and I enjoy your posts and what you get up to. But the prices you quote are mental!
No, I've no reason to make it up but it highlights regional boarders. That's got to be a wind up!? There is no way they can be making any money at that including delivery. Can you buy a 5 bed house in Sheffield for £10k too?
The divide in Sheffield is monumental.Sort of joking but living costs in Sheffield surely arent much below the rest of the country. Can't imagine fuel costs or a shop at Tesco being less for example....
The regional boarders are mental, when I bought my 3 bed house I put 100k down just as the depositNo, I've no reason to make it up but it highlights regional boarders.
No but I've a 3 bed house in Rotherham and it was 115k and a decent area too
52 +vat for 2 days min hireA wacker plate here is £15 and that includes delivery. Cheaper if more than 1 day.
Little things like that make all the difference.52 +vat for 2 days min hire
That’s what I was paying for a wheel digger in 2002!52 +vat for 2 days min hire
For a whacker?That’s what I was laying in 2002!
Small kit makes a nice little add on to daily rate too for fairly low outgoings. Thing is if I have to hire a whacker it may only be £40 but it takes me 40 mins to go and pick it up plus another 40 to drop it off. Then when you need it suddenly they're all out on hire etc.Small stuff has to be better hire proposition thanbig stuff 80 a week approx for big wacker, say 2k purchase.
13t 360 £480 wk guess 100k plus

Updated …. Im sure I recall hiring a Fiat/Hitachi wheel digger back in 2002 for £50 a day. Maybe that was for a week, it’s so long ago I doubt my own memory sometimes . Pretty sure it was £50 a day including delivery and collectionFor a whacker?
