Funnily enough the only vehicle I have never really missed was my defender TD4 , lovely engine in it, but it was uncomfortable, very thirsty, leaked a lot, parts were expensive and never easy to replace. Would of probably doubled my money on it if I’d kept it , but spent 5x more on maintenance
Td4 ???

Every day is a school day. Never heard it referred to a TD4 before!
Think I had a freelander years ago that was referred to as td4? Completely different engine though, was that a 2l bmw? Didn’t have it for long, was horrible gutless auto that wouldn’t pull the rice puddings skin! And the dash reminded me of my old rover 827 🤣.

Interesting looking through that spec sheet, the Aerodynamic drag coefficient isn't available :ROFLMAO: and the 0 to 60 figure is S .🤔

Stop digging a hole for yourself!!
The TDCi was a transit engine
The TD5 was a landrover engine.
The TD4 in freelander was a BMW.
TD6 - I think was BMW but some say it was ford
Tbh just searched abit and mine had a td4 sticker on it but it was a 1999 🤔 heck knows what I had been sold 😂

My last disco had engine derivative stickers on it, now they haven’t bothered on my latest new one, don’t think anyone really cares these days!
Still million times better than the old ones…..Even if it does need a degree in computer science to use it!!

Non commercial with 800kg payload... spectacular cock up...or planned lifestyle truck?
Yeah 700kg got to be missing a big market share. Then again I just configured basic version with twin lockers and few other items 70k!
