I thought iDig was a French company?
I think it is french.

First time around it was a rushed install and left me with a load of questions and didnt even calibrate all my buckets.... Neil stepped up via messenger and helped me with quite a few questions and even did the other day when i needed to "tare" the sensors.
Anyhow they have since been back FOC and changed over onto the new machine and calibrated the buckets 👍

Doesn’t necessarily apply to the Idig crew over here but french customer service in the sticks is at fairly average 😞 atm.

I guess it doesn't matter how good a product is, which Idig undoubtedly is, you need people selling it who are prepared to provide a decent service and have staff with the relevant skills, machine guidance must be a rapidly expanding part of the construction industry with great potential for youngsters if they are prepared to work outside the office environment at least some of the time.
I know Niel has worked hard to promote the Idig concept and they are gradually establishing more dealers over here but i imagine it can't be easy.
