I thought iDig was a French company?poor bloke even helped me out when the initial install backup was a bit shite over here.
Originally developed in France I believe,I thought iDig was a French company?

I guess it doesn't matter how good a product is, which Idig undoubtedly is, you need people selling it who are prepared to provide a decent service and have staff with the relevant skills, machine guidance must be a rapidly expanding part of the construction industry with great potential for youngsters if they are prepared to work outside the office environment at least some of the time.I think it is french.
First time around it was a rushed install and left me with a load of questions and didnt even calibrate all my buckets.... Neil stepped up via messenger and helped me with quite a few questions and even did the other day when i needed to "tare" the sensors.
Anyhow they have since been back FOC and changed over onto the new machine and calibrated the buckets
Doesn’t necessarily apply to the Idig crew over here but french customer service in the sticks is at fairly averageatm.
