Nige has just had one fitted on his Liebherr duck Gra with split boom, and he’s over the moon with it.some very interesting Q.s there Gra .... if the idig can cope with that lot, 'tis some set up ... although in theory i can't see why not ...... other than duck /walker/Menzi mounted.... does/would the Idig suffer from sea sickness i wonder

Nice little machine. The system will work fine on it so long as you re-bench when the legs move as the height of the machine will change.
Thanks for the reply. I have a Menzi A20, a Menzi A61 and a Euromach 1500m. I also have a Norcar loader (don’t know if it would work on that as I see it can work on the blades of track machines?). Hire wise, I often hire a 15m long reach. All these have tilting grading beams. Does tilting add another £600?Wow a fair few questions. The quick answer is Yes of course it can.
When the bucket is on the floor and grading / digging the machines not rocking about so much, and the 2D sensor which measures pitch/roll & slew will compensate for uneven machine position.
Additional sensor £600 no problem with sharing between machines.
The machines with extending dippers can be calibrated with 2 profiles (dipper in & dipper out) bit of a compromise but once you get the hang of it it’s easy enough, and still very accurate.
During installation we try to spend as much time with the customer to show the installation and calibration process. The whole procedure can be done in an hour, and with a little know how the plates can be removed and re used on another machine.
Tilt sensors can be used for any tilty or tilt bucket. The system also integrates seamlessly with Engcon EPS (rotation position) other manufacturers coming soon.

The plates are held on with 3M VHB pads, they can be removed with the aid of a little blow torch to heat it up a little. Magnetic plates can be easily dislodged, which will give false readings. For the cost of a few 3M pads it’s definitely worth doing right.

, joking a side, think he’s done a really good job of them, they let you see how much of a simple set up it is, but with maximum gains. I know a few lads who have gone with your system, and they have all said that they have watched the videos to understand how simple it is to work, and to be fare, I was unaware of the videos that he had done before they told me about them.
