Help please Fuse popping

On another note. I wish to remove the two covers shown below as there is a lot of crsp in there. Is it ok to just undo the top and bottom 13mm bolts and pull it off ? TIA

Hi all
Just a little update. I went out to the digger yesterday after a week or so , turned the key and all fine. Then after about 3 minutes it just cut out and blew the fuse again
For sum reason I went to under the pull up arm and decided to look at the not used accessory plugs , I decided to pull them through from under the arm and into the little lockable tool box in the side. And look at what I found ? Hopefully this is the cause and end of the problems.

Apparently robots can't see colours so they decided may as well use same colour wires. The numbers are always on the back side of the wires when you're trying to follow them
