Thanks guys. I just googled JIC fittings and it looks like those are the ones. I will get a selection of blanks.

Hi All
I have managed to get the valve off. I got some proper blanks. Which were JIC 9/16ths and they fit perfect. Valve is off and hoses blanked off.
I have got the valve apart and it looks like its just a lip seal thats gone. Im not sure if i need to get it apart any more. There is a difficult to get to Circlip in the depths of the sensor hole. That seems to be the only way of getting to anything else. Mind you i havent taken the ports out, might be something under those.
But its this lip seal that looks odd. Its really mangled and i cant really see how it goes into the valve body. There must be a recess, but its tiny and awkward to get to.
I contacted a Bobcat parts reseller who were spectacularly unhelpful and told me they didnt think i could get replacement seals and anyway, the machine is over 20 years old. Thanks for that.
Any ideas on this lip seal? Do i need to get the valve apart more to see if there are any other seals?

Hi All.
I can get a new valve for this, but its £900. Cannot replace the seal as its integral to the valve body.
This valve has 3 ports. Does anyone think i can use some other sort of valve for this? I can rig it up to a handbrake lever of sorts, just needs to be a valve.
Any ideas?

Its the handbrake valve. The handle jsut pulls the shaft in the middle of the valve up to operate the brake. Thats it.
"Cetop"? I looked at that before i think. Is it that wierd crane on the end of a trolly thing? Looked quite useful actually......

so it looks to be an oil feed to ??? guessing servo pressure? as feed picks up from servo feed? what's the unit on top of the axle? and the unit 22 fits to
as for cetops - they're a solenoid op valve - single or double acting

I sealed a very simalir valve (not the same) On a volvo Dump truck lately, They wanted £1100 od for it!
I stripped it down and changed the seal, which cost £14
You will get it sealed I'm pretty certain

Ive managed to find the valve somewhere else for a more acceptable, £400. Still more than id like but i need the machine working...

Hi Guys
Just in case anyone was wondereing.......I managed to fix the existing valve. I made a sleeve with an O ring that pressed up on the inside of the valve. I had to cut some of the spring off to make it fit, but it works. Proper works and doesnt leak.
Just trying to see if i can get my money back on the valve i ordered.....
