I wouldn't like the concrete panel overhanging the back, it will tow horrible, it would be better with a couple of stacks of pallets and the excess going forward, and a couple of extra straps over it.

I equally don’t like the idea of it behind me with no bulkhead!

Strap it diagonally over the corners should really strap most loads like this anyway.

You can remove the head board so shouldn't need pallets

I had my IW 14ft in mind which has a winch, but yes removable headboard, and as you said cross strap over the front. We sometimes move panels from a local manufacturer, but cant load them at the front of the body because of overloading the front axle, so cross strap the front, and then double strap over where the timber bearers are between the panels.

Toying with one with a mesh ramp but the thought of taking it on and off is offputting. How did you mod it to make it a 5 min job?

Swapped the long bar through all the hinges for a short one on each hinge, then made each bar an inch shorter than the one to its left, so they were easier to get started sliding in.
Maybe 5 minutes was optimistic but with a helper it wouldn't be far off

The ones on the LM were bastards and they had to be upside down. My old LM with steel ramps wasn’t much fun either. The set up on the TT2515 is fine , right way up and one hand and EASY every time. Used them today no bother.
Tailgate on the plant trailer or the mesh tailgate on the GD trailers is a whole lot better again.

At least they are only upside down, on my Brian James tipper, not only are they upside down but back to front, who ever designed it is a knob
