Had a transit lwb rental the other week, was auto and impressed me! Generally speaking not many companies really actually give a sh/t anymore, All ran by accountants who just cut everything!!

Your problem is you need to change your garage not the Ford. Lost the chipped keys for one of our fords the other day, towed it to garage and had it delivered back with a new key the next day.We've got a 67plate transit drop side pickup, about 3 and a half weeks ago someone lost the keys for it. I called up the local ford garage to get a spare sorted and it would be ready in 2 days. Perfect I thought. But on collection of the new keys it turns out it needs to be coded to the van and has to go through the garage for that and can't get it booked in for three weeks. So not much we can do we'll go for it. So was booked in for 10am this morning and they said would be ready in an hour. We left it and would come back after lunch time. It's now half three and I'm still standing at the garage waiting for it. What are ford on. Who can afford to have a van sitting like that. What a shambles.
What are everyone's thoughts on the MAN vans?

Yeah the problem is we have Parks ford , the next ford shop is an hour an half away
