Was on ebay & seemed to sell but he has also recently put it on FB too.
His FB price was more than the ebay price & out my price range with the vat & delivery.

IIRC when you put the link up it only had circa 13hrs to run , so has either just finished or someone did indeed buy it - it was an auction ... the face book ad will run until removed and he is advertising it at the figure he'd like to see for it.Thanks for the offer.

(like me) .. The VAT is a PITA, but 's the way it is sadly ... had to swallow it on the 'drema, much as I detest it ..... and had to up the budget substantially to find anything worth having.

well the seller doesn't have to take the highest bid ... if he pulls it at T - 1 minute
... and can then relist, provided he changes something in the listing - can be as little as a single letter or word in the description - up to 4 times IIRC

speak with the seller and negotiate a deal - subject to a satisfactory viewing -
if you can't reach a figure you'd be happy to pay, there's no point.
It'll take Ruben a couple of hours to give that a thorough going over and satisfy himself that he's able to give you an acceptable appraisal .. his rep. is on the line in doing it, so he will be thorough

I upped mine 50% when duck hunting - had to, to get anything worth having ... struck a deal subject to viewing, 'fore i drove 250 miles to eyeball it . and came home a happy bunny, for all the effort .... one of the best buys i've ever had

I wont waste his time looking if either I cant up my funds or get seller down a tad.
Have upped budget several times already.
One upside is that I realised that now my driver training business has been FUBAR'd by the gov I can take my other business VAT registered as it wont affect it. That helped add a few £k to the budget. But still about £1k short. In coms with seller but struggling to meet in the middle.
