I don't really have any choice doing what I do. I try and avoid rough areas and given the amount of nights I stay away I have been lucky really. Probably averaging a break in every couple of years.
Seeing a few folk lately moaning about mway service breakins etc ATM....if there's ever a more depressing show of lack of maintenance and spending it's the average motorway service area in the UK...some are utterly disgusting and that's before you get in the toilets...

Instead they become clogged with wagons after dark and that in turns attracts all sorts of sh*ts like our estate ....council slowly yellow lining the whole area but hardly the solution.
The only services I stay in is Tebay and that is privately owned. " no ... and when are you going to send an engineer out to fit a test meter to check this one " (did it in work years ago as the bills had gotten silly - ended up with a significant refund and a new meter, after the test meter showed up 'proper' errors
I'll give 'em a couple of days and then start demanding a test meter be fitted as their employee told me my meter was reading inaccurately - all conversations recorded and I have the date and time of said call -- see where it goes
