I think batterys are the way to go but how long do batterys last ,think I need a new inverter if I get batterys and could I charge up batterys on eco7 on cheap rate and use it day time .Trouble is I dont trust solar firms as most have gone bust and started up again to give me a honest reply .I got caught by the firm who fitted mine

Yes they shouldn't be on the roads with cars, that's why I think money spent on bike tracks would be worthwhile. I think a lot of people would commute in more rural areas if there was a reasonable network of bike tracks.

Noone would use them. They would still ride on the road.
And I doubt many would comute in rural settings by them especially come winter. The distances are to great for normal people. However if looking for a better investment than hs2 for commuters then reopening the beeching lines might be better. It would certainly help the south east

prohibit cyclists from any/all roads that have a cycle route alternative .... don't see the tw*ts on M/ways, do you?
