On the first pass, I read that to mean a 994a burns 1000l diesel working for 12 hours to load enough ore to make one tesla battery.
Rereading it, it sounds like the 994a needs to move 250t overburden to expose the ore needed for one tesla battery and the fuel burn doesn't come into the equation.
The 994a has something like a 31m bucket, so unless it's moving each load many km, it'll be moving more than 250t in 12h

I have had mostly diesel cars for the last 30 years and never had any problems with the engines but I now got a Kia carens lovely car.But all the problems I have had have been emissions based DPF got blocked had to have all the pipes cleaned out,EGR got blocked had to fit a new one , new ECR...
