I have a slightly older 801-5. Mine has two ports on the hammer valve block which is under the left foot side floor plate. One was connected to the hammer feed, the other was blanked off.

I just ran a hose from the blanked off port to the dipper to get a two way non proportional service. I doubt it would be much use for a grab but works fine for me log splitter.
I shall be investigating, when I wire in the 6x2 Rob (y)
thanks for the info

completely left of centre Q ...
does anyone know about these sort of things? do they work? is it even feasible?? .
seen in one of those youtube ad.s - clickbait type thing
TV just gets worse, but worse still, is the reception here seems to be going downhill rapidly and streaming's out of the question

It's just a crappy indoor antenna
For a start, I don't think there is any fta 4K transmitters, so receiving something that doesn't exist is a bit of a problem.
If you are already having problems, an indoor antenna isn't your solution.

I'd assumed as much ... no power source to it, just a co-ax, so couldn't be much more
second opinions are always welcome to convince you of what you are already pretty sure of ;)

Just noticed - if you look at the two pics showing TVs, the "Tivisi" has been photoshopped in.

well Thursday was another 'pet burial' day .. after Clara'd come home from school ..(I'd already got the hole prepared in the day) .... our 'pet cemetery' is right at the top of a bank that'll never be disturbed, but is a fair climb up there and harper insisted on being in on it, so had to lug her up too - she's getting heavy - 'specially on a 50 deg slope !!

Friday went far from as planned ..... got up full of good intentions to wire the 6x2 in ...... 'til the boss said we were doing the fish pond ... this entails syphoning the damned thing out, catch the fish when it's down to a level that they're easier to spot/corner and trans-ship 'em to an alternate container (old tin bath usually works well :giggle:) .... carry on with the syphon 'til it's pretty low and clean the liner, then extract what's left of the now very minging water, before refilling and getting the fish back in from their small holding 'pond' .
my mate Serge, the Genny man, turned up half way through the pond cleaning - working close by and always calls in for a coffee when he's around here ... came in handy for lifting the tin bath of fish, back into the pond
That's the easy bit .... then it's strip the pump - completely - and rid it of all the accumulated crud ... and get that back in ... this time however Pam'd decided that it was time for a cull on the various plants in there, which're 'basket-ed'...
" any ideas on how to cut these up Gra?" ..... "theres an old panel saw down the tool shed - reckon it'd do a great job" .. these plants were about 15" cubed of solid roots ... saw went though 'em well 'til I started hitting stones - lots of the bloody things - decorative pebbly things - but eventually got it all chopped up as the boss wanted .. :giggle:
right thought I ..... wiring time .. just making a coffee to disappear up the patch with and Simon on the phone ... " are you busy? .. bit of an issue with a machine at the factory and the engineering place down the road is closed for the BH weekend ...can I come round with some bits? " so I gave up all hope of doing anything for me for the day ..... he duly arrived and we spent about two hours with the Harrison trying to sort a silk purse from a sow's ear of a machine part that'd been badly designed and made from the start ... mission accomplished, by half six though and Simon stopped for tea .... went from here about half eight :giggle:

Today .... was deffo mine ... I'd already concluded that to get the wiring where I wanted to take it, Lil' Jakes floor was gonna have to come up .... bloody mat took more wrestling off than the floor did

crab apples ... hundreds of the damned things ... 'least they were once ... summat'd obviously decided it was a good place to store them ... air line, hoover and several hours of effort to remove, but got there in the end.
looking much cleaner in there now ..... routed the wire - right bar steward getting it down the king post - but got it in and up through the battery box to the right hand pod ... then put everything back together  ... now have to wait for a changeover switch to arrive, as have a new idea on control of the 6x2 and didn't have anything suitable in stock :(

also changed the 12v outlet socket in the LH pod as that was completely burgered and I wanted to use it temporarily as a power source for the Haner, to give it a try out on the grip stakes. That was a job in itself (for much smaller hands than mine - got a few battle scars from that tonight)

these arrived mid afternoon, courtesy of the posty....

thirteen years ago today, I took possession of Chez Druid .... we'd had a loooooong ten week wait for the sellers to ferk off .... my solicitor had sorted the purchase in six days and we were worried sick someone'd gazump us.
sale was agreed on it being taken off the market immediately with all advertising ceased ... but once out there it's always on the 'net.

Kids knew absolutely nothing about it - no one did apart from them, us and our respective legals.
Paid cash for it and had satisfied myself of its structural integrity, etc. -- searches turned up now't to worry about and we were ready to rock.

Was a Friday and I shut shop for the day ... moved some essentials up here, from down in the village - all our garden furniture eating irons, food, etc.
and summoned the kids home for the weekend :giggle::giggle:
1685272819851.png

kids all thought they were coming home for a wedding :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

bundled them all in the disco, Friday evening, ostensibly going out for some nosh and told 'em I just had to call and see a customer, on the way. Turned down our drive and someone said "this is a nice spot, lucky customer living here with that view".
pulled up on the drive outside the house and somebody piped up that whoever it was had the same patio furniture as we had ... it took a few minutes for the penny to drop ... along with four jaws :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

spent the rest of the weekend moving the contents of Pam's and my house the couple of miles from the village and mine in town. :giggle:
doesn't seem like thirteen years ago:oops::oops::unsure:

We've been very lucky with our house. We bought the first end terrace 2 up 2 down about 28 years ago.
It was 1 of 3 in a row. 3 sister's lived in them and had all raised families in them. The 2 remaining sisters still lived next door for a few more years.
We got offered next door, bought it knocked through and put the larger kitchen exstenstion on. Then got offered remaining 1. Bought that lost my job as digger driver and went self employed 😲. Didn't touch this one for 10 years. A couple years ago i also converted the old lean to kitchen extension on end of 3rd cottage into art studio for wife.

WTF is kodi???
i was using kodi on a Amazon firestick with 2meg of internets from bt and it was ok ish..
Now i use 4g wifi from three network. It averages 20 meg and its been spot on for the last year..£22 per month uncapped,was£11 for 6 months on signup offer.. Similar discounts on there now..
Its plenty of speed and data for wife who works from home 4 days an week, watch netflix all night,,,
.........when 5g gets to me it will be perfect.

https://www.three.co.uk/broadband/home-broadband

Kodi is like an app you put on your phone, just on a amazon stick instead. not too difficult really.
Loads of tutorials out there and you wont look back..
