Dunno if i can stick another eight weeks of this shite !!
Vicki couldn't get the quantity of 4 pinters .... we usually buy 'em six at a time ... only managed two, even with a copy of me letter FFS .... means she has to keep going back and fore every week instead of once a fortnight+Been same down here plenty of milk just no 6 pint ones![]()

Our local dairy, Graham’s, have put out feelers in the community to see if they will start doing delivery’s for their diary products. I haven’t herd if they are going to or not.We must be old fashioned. We got feed up with the supermarket not always having Organic Full Fat milk that we have it delivered. Spoke to the roundsman the other dayand they have stopped taking on new customers to ensure they can keep up. Local family business that no longer has cows. I think they made a profit of about £5mill last year on there processing!!
That's odd, had a splatter yesterday apart from that been dry for weeks...and today looks a cracker! Albeit a tad cooler.well ..... the lad PM-ed me some pix of Chris earlier ..... one of him hiding behind a radial drill, one of the back of his head, one of the top of his head and one of his bobble hat ..... surprisingly I didn't recognise him ........ yet![]()

Worth seeing if any local farms selling direct?
Ours does, very handy.
You can only sell unpasteurised milk at the farm gate. Not allowed to deliver it!!Will the milk be pasteurised?.....................................
You can also sell pasteurised at the farm gate!!! There are now some vending machines that are popping up in farm gates!!You can only sell unpasteurised milk at the farm gate. Not allowed to deliver it!!

Was raw for last few years but he's just put a plant in ....makes sense if he can get it to pay off...get paid about 10p a L from supermarkets or a quid direct...Will the milk be pasteurised?.....................................
Our neighbour farmer tried to do delivery from his small herd last year but found it was all too much with farming, bottling and delivering. That is why the local processor has made a fortune!! Farmers want to farm, not deal with Jo Public to the point where Jo can take there product. Keep giving too much to the middleman processor and supermarkets!!Was raw for last few years but he's just put a plant in ....makes sense if he can get it to pay off...get paid about 10p a L from supermarkets or a quid direct...
was forecast wet for Friday, but clearing Sat. a.m. ...... lashed down most of yesterday....... sun just starting to break through ATM ... cooler than of late .. but a lot warmer than yesterday .. was back in winter clothes, last two days
.... after the previous few weeks of lovely weather was a shocking reminder it's only mid April still
...... just grateful for the previous few weeks of sunshine .... would've been grim shut indoors for the last five weeks
