There is a big difference between long term strategic land banks and those’d that are consented.

Over 50 people killed on that road since it was shelved in 2008.
They started it about 10 years ago... spent £60m on fencing and early Works etc. All ripped out.
Got the go ahead last year... go go go money there get it done.... hedges ripped out and fenced off again.... STOP!

High court case agian, judge has said no consideration given to climate change.... bollox🤬🤬🤬

Its a bunch of farmers that are not happy with the money they are getting for their land.

This will put it back another 10 years i recon.
The judge has blood on his hands

Got the go ahead last year... go go go money there get it done.... hedges ripped out and fenced off again.... STOP!

Your 100 percent right Aiden that road is absolutely terrible.. the judge does indeed have blood on his hands. The west of the country is underdeveloped and that road would have helped road safety primarily and made it far easier for people to commute from the west… absolute disgrace

We've been waiting on this road now for nearly 20 years, this was a ruling on Monday :mad:

Hereford's been promised a by pass for over 30 years ... WAG gave Hereford council £10mil contribution towards it to 'ease traffic on the A465 - they spent it years ago and still a possible two hour jam to cross the city :mad: :mad:
and not even an inkling of it ever happening 🤬🤬
