I do on the mobile home but not on the yard but I would be selling the mobile home anyway as it's on a site and currently worth about 180 k

I can distinctly recall having heated conversations with Vicki's school, re the compulsion to take welsh at O level, instead of her choice of French, which she was 500% better at, was a far more useful language as a second lingo, would have excelled at, with Welsh only having any real benefit if you wanted to pursue any form of career in Wales requiring it (WAG, etc.)
this is NOT Welsh speaking area, never has been or ever will be
compelling kids to learn and speak a dead/dying language is not in their best interests - if it's a choice, fair enough.
my school learnt French has stood me in good stead over the years (and improved) .. never have I thought "I wish I'd learned Welsh":oops::rolleyes::mad::mad:

Welsh at an early age is good but unless you want to live in north or West or in Welsh government I agree

Tbh I will do whatever makes money I don't mind what but there are some things I would rather do than others latest thing is a bit of chemistry developing my own rust converter that actually works as krust and jenolite have gone down hill recently as they are too water based in my opinion currently on mk 4 and I think I have got it right mines spirit based dries in under 20 mins and current tests indicate it works well
