When I was looking there were some 5 year warranty/service plans available. Good luck with it, I always regret not getting one .

The company I work for have a couple of lwb utilitrucks with tool pods.
Really good trucks tbh. Only thing I could fault with them is no spare wheel carrier.
Not a long distance van but perfectly good for most work especially if someone else is driving.

Be me driving it but low miles mostly,rarely more than half an hour but often towing 3.5t.

They run fully loaded fine. You won't set the world on fire but they plod along quite happily. You are sat with the lorries on the motorway and can easily be overtaken by them on long uphill runs. But tbh they make plenty good enough progress for most people.

Definitely this, great advice. Lots to go wrong from an early age with modern vans. Make sure your dealer is close too.

Forgot one other thing that is notable is the body is slightly narrower than a euro style tipper. Probably highly irrelevant for most people as it's only a couple of inches but it means we can't stack plastic barriers up against the headboard like we do on transits. Really trivial for most but makes a huge difference to the way we have to load vans.

What sort of cost Simon for that version if you don't mind me asking?

If your after an auto I'm sure the 1.9 is only good for towing 2.5t and the 3.0 is good for 3.5t

It’s a manual so good for 3.5.
Localish dealer that I’m going to see tomorrow is just under £32000.I could maybe save £7-800 going further afield,but factor in time,travelling etc.works out the same.I spoke to a few dealers and new orders this year are upwards of £34000.So I’m fairly happy at that Over a 10 year plus lifespan.

Is that INC vat? Guess you will be paying a big chunk extra for the utility box.

I specced mine with remote control on tipper, deffo worth the bit extra.

I've searched to find my quote for a 150bhp isuzu tipper and tool pod Inc trade paint (don't like white) and it was nearly 24k in late 2020.
