Or at least go burn the whole lot down!!Can you go and dig out/recover any materials from the unpaid job to sell on elsewhere, to claw a bit back?

Beautiful sceneryFun Week Mowing and changing Bridge Ties. Cash Stress takes some of the fun out of it, but all the same, it's good fun work.

think what you call "ties", we call sleepers over here Billy Bob ... must take some threading in under the rails, without dropping them on the bridge sectionsFun Week Mowing and changing Bridge Ties. Cash Stress takes some of the fun out of it, but all the same, it's good fun work.

Think he said it’s a museum or historical railwayThat track actually open ? Don't look used often if it is
No Sir, these are mine, I move them back and forth when we have slowdowns in the schedule at work. My old man is not one for the equipment!I assume your dad also has machines? It’s a long way to transport them otherwise!!!

is that a light dusting of snow in the first pic or a heavy frost?Winter is HERE! This week has one of the Huddig's, and its operator 250 miles from home, helping rebuild 17 miles of railroad for a sawmill.

Every tie is bad, but 1 in 5 ties being good, qualifies the line as "Class 2" railroad, and allows the movement of freight up to 40MPH. The mill we are working for can only afford that right now. As it is this is a 2 million dollar capital improvements project.is that a light dusting of snow in the first pic or a heavy frost?
looks like every sleeper (tie) needs replacing in that pic ... if it's all like that he may be home sometime next year... Christmas 2024 perhaps
must be a lot of ties in 17 miles of line
