Normally takes 30 - 45 mins to clear in the morning then once it gets hot and starts stalling it’ll chuff now and then there’s a injector man just up the road so drop them off and get them all refurbed and I’ll order a fuel stop solenoid see if that does the trick
Only other strange thing is once it’s hot and starts acting up the machine won’t pick itself up looses hydraulics power?

I’ve told him we’ll get it mended then he’s best to trade it in against a new one i looked today it’s only done 4016.7 hours and it’s a 2012 so not a lot of hours really

4000 hours is still a fair bit if not maintained well. It would be considered long in the tooth for that size machine.

Sorry just seen this

I’ve finally got to speak to someone decent at my local bobcat dealer cracked away for just over an hour and finally he said by everything I’ve told him it’s the fuel pump stop solenoid then said they can order it in it’s only £345 + vat said that’s a fortune then he suggested i look on l&s engineers and get the quality non genuine part off them so that’s what I’ve done £55 all in
Ordered it and see if that fixes the problem if not rocker covers coming off and go from there

It’s what I do!
Depends what type you have but one way or another you can run without it!

Turns out the throttle actuator (6698169) has got a fault as soon as the wires are touched it stops working checked the wires as far back as I can and there’s no damage can’t open it up because it’s a moulded plastic case made for one use then chucked away phones bobcat can’t get it for 8 weeks and it’s £610 plus vat 🤦‍♂️

Is there any way a generic throttle cable from eBay could be used instead. And do away with electrics. Plenty of hand throttle assemblies on eBay for around £40 quid. Even if you had to pay someone to fabricate a mounting plate you would be quids in and back working quicker

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
As above, just convert it to manual control
's what I did with my duck when the hydraulicly operated system went west -- the auto pick up/idle is nice, but not at that price   .... little bit of Druidry and we were full manual :giggle:

hole drilled right through the bolt to clear the Bowden inner, then a deep-ish counter bore to accept the outer dia. of the Bowden ... the ball joint mount was a quick 'knock up' from what I had to hand to accept the joint off the cable already fitted from the Hyd. throttle system ... the throttle lever and Bowden cable was one I had sat .. same as on a JakieB 3CX ... selection of similar with varying lengths here --

and can be cut down if needed
